Trash Regulations
All trash must be placed in trash cans or double-bagged in trash bag with a teaspoon of ammonia to keep the crows out of them. This is the City of Gaithersburg Code and violators are subject to a fine by the City. If you put trash out and it is torn apart by birds or other creatures, pick it up and put it in another bag – please do not let it float around the neighborhood – it can bring creatures that we do not want in the complex.
